THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED CONSTRUCTION ON SEVERAL HOMES. QUALIFIED BUYERS HAVE INCOMES BETWEEN 30% AND 60% OF THE MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME FOR THE AREA.
THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES TWO "RESTORE" OUTLETS, WHICH ACCEPT DONATIONS OF NEW AND USED FURNITURE, APPLIANCES AND BUILDING MATERIALS, AND RESELLS THEM TO THE PUBLIC FROM ITS WAREHOUSE STORES. BY RECYCLING THESE GOODS, WHICH MIGHT OTHERWISE BE DISCARDED, THE RESTORES HELP THE ENVIRONMENT AND PROVIDE MATERIALS FOR AFFORDABLE HOME IMPROVEMENTS.
