PROVISION OF HOMEBUYER AND HOMEOWNERSHIP EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME CONSUMERS IN THE BOSTON AREA INCLUDING A MATCHED SAVINGS PROGRAM FOR FIRST-GENERATION HOMEBUYERS, AS WELL AS ORGANIZING GRASSROOTS SUPPORT FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND CONDUCTING RESEARCH ON IMPORTANT HOUSING ISSUES. PUBLICIZE AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH A HOST WEBSITE WITH LISTING OF ALL AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP UNITS IN MASSACHUSETTS.
