THE PROGRAM PROVIDES PARTICIPANTS WITH TRAINING, MENTORING, AND NETWORKING TO INCREASE THEIR IMPACT IN THE NONPROFIT COMMUNITY AS STAFF, EXECUTIVES, BOARD MEMBERS OR CONSULTANTS.
