ESC CATALYST (COMING 2023!) IS A FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM FOR MID-CAREER PROFESSIONALS OF COLOR DESIGNED TO DEVELOP CONSULTING SKILLS THAT WILL ADVANCE THEIR CAREERS. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES PARTICIPANTS WITH TRAINING, MENTORING, AND NETWORKING TO INCREASE THEIR IMPACT IN THE NONPROFIT COMMUNITY AS STAFF, EXECUTIVES, BOARD MEMBERS OR CONSULTANTS.


ESC FELLOWSHIPS MATCHES EXPERIENCED TALENT WITH NONPROFITS THAT NEED TEMPORARY HUMAN RESOURCES TO ACHIEVE HIGH IMPACT PROJECTS.
