CONFERENCES & WORKSHOPS - THE GUILD HOLDS AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE WHICH INCLUDES A TRADE SHOW, LECTURES, DEMONSTRATIONS, AND OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS
PROJECTS - EACH YEAR THE GUILD AND ITS MEMBERS UNDERTAKES PROJECTS WITH CIVIC AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE SPIRIT OF C0MMUNITY. TIMBER FRAME BUILDINGS OR PROJECTS ARE BUILT USING COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS AS WELL AS MEMBERS OF THE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM TO CONSTRUCT PROJECTS THAT MIGHT NOT OTHERWISE BE FINANCIALLY FEASIBLE FOR THE COMMUNITY OR NON-PROFIT.
PUBLICATIONS - THE GUILD PUBLISHES "TIMBER FRAMING", A QUARTERLY JOURNAL OF TIMBER FRAMING HISTORY, TECHNOLOGY, THEORY, PRACTICE, DESIGN AND ENGINEERING. "SCANTLINGS" IS A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER ABOUT TIMBER FRAMING EVENTS, NEWS, BUSINESS & PEOPLE. A CONFERENCE PROGRAM IS PUBLISHED AND DISTRIBUTED TO ALL CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS.
