THE MISSION OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION IS TO UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE FOR THE SOLE BENEFIT OF HOLYOKE VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATED CORPORATIONS. SPECIFICALLY, THE COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION SHALL: RAISE AND INVEST FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF HOLYOKE VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES; COORDINATE THE MULTI-CORPORATE SYSTEM AND THE LONG RANGE STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR THE CORPORATIONS; SUPPORT THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF ITS CORPORATE SUBSIDIARIES BY WHATEVER MEANS DEEMED NECESSARY; AND ACT AS THE MEMBER OF EACH OF ITS SUBSIDIARY CORPORATIONS.
