THE LIBRARY PROVIDES FREE ACCESS TO LIBRARY COLLECTIONS, SERVICES, AND PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN, TEENS AND ADULTS; ENCOURAGES LITERACY, FOSTERS CREATIVITY, ACTIVE LEARNING, AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL AGES; COLLABORATES WITH BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONAL PARTNERS TO SERVE AS A HUB FOR INFORMATION DISSEMINATION; AND SERVES AS A COMMUNITY MEETING AND LEARNING PLACE.
