VOLUNTEERING AND COMMUNITY SERVICE SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: SUPPORTING WOMEN SEEKING JOB TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING MEALS TO THE HOMELESS; PROVIDING SUPPORT TO CHILD-CARE PROGRAMS IN THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND IN THE COMMUNITY; SUPPORT STAFF WHO PROVIDE HEALTH SERVICES TO WOMEN; CONDUCT MONTHLY ACTIVITY GROUPS FOR ABUSED CHILDREN AND PROVIDE WEEKLY THERAPEUTIC WATER EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, AND PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS TO THE COUNCIL THRIFT SHOP.

EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, AND ADVOCACY PROGRAM SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR NCJW BCS PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH EDUCATIONAL AND STIMULATING EVENTS, PROGRAMS, PANEL DISCUSSIONS AND TOPICAL SPEAKERS, AS WELL AS A MYRIAD OF STUDY GROUPS, BOOK GROUPS AND CULTURAL TRIPS. AND, AS A SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY, COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO NINE OUTSTANDING LOCAL GRADUATING SENIORS.
