TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE AND ENHANCE OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING FUNDS FOR VARIOUS UNDERPRIVELEGED GROUPS, SUCH AS VETERANS, SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN, AND YOUTH GROUPS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN & ADULTS- HELPING CHILDREN AND ADULTS WHO WERE BORN WITH OR HAVE ACQUIRED DISABILITIES. HELP CAN BE IN THE FORM OF SPECIAL SHOES, WHEELCHAIRS, OR OTHER MEDICALLY NECESSARY TREATMENT OR EQUIPMENT. THE LODGE ALSO SUBSIDIZES EVENTS AND SOCIAL FUNCTIONS FOR THE LOCAL SPECIAL NEEDS RESIDENTS. WE ARE ALSO CALLED UPON FOR SUPPORT OF THE LOCAL SPECIAL OLYMPICS.


COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES- THE LODGE PROVIDES SPONSORSHIPS, DONATIONS TO LOCAL YOUTH SPORTS TEAMS, OTHER LOCAL NOT-FOR-PROFIT CLUBS, BOY SCOUTS, AND LOCAL 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS.


FEED THE HUNGRY- THE LODGE DISTRIBUTES FOOD BASKETS ACROSS TOWN TO THE NEEDY FOR THE HOLIDAYS OR IF OTHERWISE REQUESTED. MANY DONATIONS WERE ALSO MADE TO OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT GROUPS SUCH AS LOCAL SCHOOL PROJECTS, PBA, VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS, BOY SCOUTS, ARMY OF HOPE, ETC.
