TO RECEIVE AND DISBURSE FUNDS, PROPERTY, AND GIFTS OF ANY KIND EXCLUSIVELY TO BENEFIT EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES IN THE DALHART, TEXAS AREA AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO SCHOOLS AND THE COMMUNITY THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE NORMAL EDUCATIONAL PROCESS.

PROVIDE DALHART AREA RESIDENTS WITH EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, AND INFORMATIONAL PROGRAMS TO ENRICH LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY.


GRANTS TO FRANK PHILIPS COLLEGE DALHART CAMPUS & DALHART INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR FF&E. TO IMPROVE THE FACILITIES AND CLASSROOMS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS AND ENHANCE LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY. GRANTS TO FRANK PHILIPS COLLEGE DALHART CAMPUS TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE ATTENDANCE OF COURSES OFFERED AT FPC FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY.


GED CLASSES & TESTING - TO PROVIDE GED PREPARATION CLASSES TO THE COMMUNITY. PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITES TO STUDENTS TO ENHANCE THEIR TRAINING AND SKILLS AND ENHANCE LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY.


COMMUNICATION - LANGUAGE COURSES. (1)ESL (ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE) PROGRAM IN COLLABORATION WITH DALHART ISD WHICH PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE NORMAL REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM. (2)SPANISH (NON ESL) CLASSES TO PROVIDE BUSINESSES & THE COMMUNITY EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE THIER TRAINING AND SKILLS AND ENHANCE LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY.
