COMMUNICATION - LANGUAGE COURSES. (1)ESL (ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE) PROGRAM IN COLLABORATION WITH DALHART ISD WHICH PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE NORMAL REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM.
