THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO RESCUE, CARE FOR, AND FIND PERMANENT HOMES FOR HOMELESS DOGS, PARTICULARLY THOSE CONSIDERED TO BE "BULLY BREEDS". THIS CATEGORY INCLUDES AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIERS, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIERS, BULL TERRIERS, AMERICAN BULLDOGS, AND MIXES CONTAINING ONE OR MORE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED BREEDS. WHILE THE CORPORATION FOCUSES ON THESE BREEDS, WE WILL CONSIDER PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO ANY ANIMAL IN NEED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION. THE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND VOLUNTEERS OF THE CORPORATION IN FURTHERANCE OF THE MISSION SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE PRESIDENT/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OR DESIGNEE.

PROVIDED MEDICAL CARE AND REHABILITATION TO SICK AND INJURED DOGS TAKEN IN TO THE ORGANIZATION BEFORE FINDING ADOPTIVE HOMES.


PROVIDED HUMANE EDUCATION TO PROSPECTIVE AND ACTUAL ADOPTERS OF DOGS IN ORDER TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP AND HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
