PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY, MARYLAND STATE CARE COORDINATION, SERVICES INCLUDE CARE COORDINATION, CASE MANAGEMENT, FOR INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN RESIDENTIAL, JAIL BASED AND COMMUNITY OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAMS. DPP PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT FOR 254 CLIENTS.
PRINCE GEORGES COUNTY, MD DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS (DOC), PROVIDES REENTRY SERVICES (HOUSING PLACEMENT) TO RETURN CITIZENS WITH SUBSTANCE DISORDERS. DPP PROVIDES REENTRY SUPPORT, FOR 8 TO 10 CLIENTS PER MONTH.
