SUNSHINE PLACE PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES THAT SUPPORT THE BASIC NEEDS OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN SUN PRAIRIE AND NORTHEASTERN DANE COUNTY IN NEED OF SOCIAL SERVICES. SUNSHINE PLACE PROGRAMS INCLUDE SPIRIT OF GIVING, STUFF THE BUS, SUNSHINE SUPPER, THE BED LADY, C.A.R.D.S. CLOSET, SUNSHINE LEGAL CLINIC, KINDNESS BAGS, BIKE PROGRAM AND THE COVID RENT & UTILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, SUNSHINE PLACE PROVIDED BELOW-MARKET RENTAL SPACE TO SEVERAL ORGANIZATIONS TO FURTHER HELP THOSE IN NEED. THOSE ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDE THE SUN PRAIRIE EMERGENCY FOOD PANTRY, JOINING FORCES FOR FAMILIES, CENTRO HISPANO, RISE - EARLY CHILDHOOD INITIATIVE, PUBLIC HEALTH MADISON DANE COUNTY, OPERATION FRESH START AND FIRST CARE CLINIC.
