PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS FOCUSING ON CANCER RESEARCH AND TREATMENT, HEALTH AND WELLNESS FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN CRISIS AND YOUTH EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CWSC'S 501C3 STATUS. CWSC SOLICITS CONTRIBUTIONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR BY HOSTING FUNDRAISING EVENTS AND PROGRAMS INCLUDING AUCTIONS OF MEMORABILIA, RAFFLES HELD AT CHICAGO WHITE SOX HOME GAMES AND GENERAL PUBLIC CONTRIBUTIONS.
EXECUTE A HIGHLY COMPETITIVE TRAVEL BASEBALL PROGRAM FOR INNER CITY YOUTH AGES 12-17. YOUTH PARTICIPATE IN BASEBALL DEVELOPMENT, ACADEMIC SUPPORT AND ARE ENTERED INTO TOP TIER BASEBALL TOURNAMENTS.
