TAM IS A FAITH BASED COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM DESIGNED TO OFFER AFTER CARE SERVICES TO PREVIOUSLY INCARCERATED PERSONS WHO ARE RETURNING TO NEWPORT COUNTY FROM THE RI ADULT CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION (ACI) THEY OFFER HOLISTIC, PERSONALIZED GUIDANCE TO HELP EX OFFENDERS AND HOMELESS PERSONS ADDRESS A MYRIAD OF ISSUES SUCH AS EMPLOYMENT EDUCATION HOUSING FOOD CLOTHING SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. TAM IS THE ONLY AGENCY DEDICATED TO THIS PURPOSE, WHICH FOCUSES ON SERVING NEWPORT COUNTY RESIDENTS
