NEW HOUSING CONSTRUCTIONCOMPLETED PHASE 2 OF THE KIRK ROAD CLT HOMES PROJECT. THIS PHASE IS COMPRISED OF TWO (2) 3BD/2BA HOMES. THE PROJECT WAS FINANCED WITH A $185K FEDERAL HOME CHDO LOAN FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY AND A $500K REVOLVING CONSTRUCTION LOAN FROM THE PALM BEACH COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY. THE HOMES WERE SOLD TO UNDER THE CLT MODEL OF HOMEOWNERSHIP TO FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS WHOSE INCOMES DID NOT EXCEED 80% OF THE AMI.CLT OF PBC HOUSING REHAB PROGRAMBLUE CYPRESSCOMPLETED THE REHABILITATION OF A 3BD/2BA UNIT IN WEST LAKE WORTH THAT HAS BEEN SOLD UNDER THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST MODEL OF HOMEOWNERSHIP TO A HOMEBUYER WHOSE HOUSEHOLD INCOME IS BELOW 120% OF THE AMI. CLT HOMEOWNERSHIP SOLD 4 AFFORDABLE HOUSES UNDER THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST MODEL OF HOMEOWNERSHIP TO ELIGIBLE FAMILIES WITH INCOMES BELOW 80% AMI. SOLD 3 AFFORDABLE HOUSES UNDER THE COMMUNITY LAND TRUST MODEL OF HOMEOWNERSHIP TO ELIGIBLE FAMILIES WITH INCOMES BELOW 120% AMI.
