ECHO LEADERSHIP MENTORING PROGRAM: WORKS WITH YOUNG WOMEN IN HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS TO PURSUE POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION, AND PLAN FOR FUTURE CAREERS, DEVELOP LEADERSHIP AND PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS, AND LEARN HOW TO WRITE RESUMES AND PREPARE FOR JOB INTERVIEWS.YOUTH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM: LEADERSHIP IS ONE OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS THAT MAKE GIRLS INC. SUCCESSFUL. OUR YOUTH LEADERS ARE ECHO GRADUATESPAID INTERNS WHO ARE TRAINED TO PLAN AND DELIVER OUR PROGRAMS TO YOUNGER GIRLS. 100% OF OUR YOUTH LEADERS ARE OFF TO COLLEGE!
