CLOTHE A CHILD PURPOSE: This grant is provided to supply clothing to more than 1,000 children in a single day at Kohl's department store. The children are allowed to choose their own clothing. All participating children are elementary students in McKinney Independent School District and participate in the Free Lunch Program. In order to participate in that program, the parents must prove that they meet federal income standards for the program.
