IN 2023, IMPACT SECURED CONTINUED COMMITMENTS FROM BOTH CHARLOTTESVILLE AND ALBEMARLE SCHOOL SYSTEMS TO PROVIDE AFTERSCHOOL CARE OPTIONS FOR THEIR PRESCHOOL STUDENTS. IMPACT ALSO GOT THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE TO COMMIT FUNDING FOR EXPANDING THEIR TRANSIT SYSTEM STAFF, AND TO CONTINUE THEIR COMMITMENT OF 3,000,000 TOWARDS AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW. IMPACT ALSO WON A COMMITMENT FROM ALBEMARLE COUNTY TO PUT 5,000,000 TOWARDS AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THEIR 2023 BUDGET.
