CHILDREN WAIVER AND INFANT MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM SERVICES PROVIDED TO CHILDREN IN HOME FOR THOSE WITH MULTIPLE DISABILITIES SUCH AS AUTISM, COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENTS. THE GOAL OF THESE SERVICES ARE TO PROVIDE FAMILY MEMBERS WITH RESPITE AND ASSISTANCE IN DAILY LIVING SKILLS AND HELP CHILDREN WITH BEHAVIORAL MODIFICATION SKILLS.
SELF DETERMINED & ADULT HOME HELP PROGRAM SERVES ADULTS WHO ARE LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY THAT ARE COGNITIVELY IMPAIRED WHO LIVE IN A SEMI DEPENDENT LIVING FACILITY. STAFF ASSISTS WITH WORK IN THE COMMUNITY OR SHELTER WORKSHOPS AS WELL AS DAILY LIVING SKILLS AND SUPPORT.
HAB WAIVER PROGRAM SERVES ADULTS AND CHILDREN WHO LIVE WITH PARENTS, GUARDIANS, OR IN THE COMMUNITY. CHILDREN ARE DIAGNOSED WITH EITHER A DISABILITY AND ARE OVER THE AGE THE CHILDREN PROGRAM PROVIDES ASSISTANCE. THE PROGRAM ASSISTS ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH DAILY LIVING SKILLS AND COMMUNITY SKILLS AS WELL AS RESPITE FOR FAMILIES AND GUARDIANS.
