OG PROVIDES CCRC SERVICES INCLUDING INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING (37 UNITS), SKILLED NURSING CARE (59 BEDS), AND MEMORY SUPPORT (14 UNITS). INDEPENDENT LIVING RESIDENTS PAY A LIFE-LEASE ENTRY FEE TO OCCUPY THE RESIDENCE AND PAY A MONTHLY SERVICE FEE FOR SERVICES RENDERED. ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED NURSING RESIDENTS PAY A MONTHLY OR DAILY FEE FOR SERVICES RENDERED. ADDITIONALLY, THEY HAVE SOME 'A LA CARTE' FEES FOR INCIDENTALS AND SUPPLIES.
