PVMI HELPS TO MAXIMIZE THE POTENTIAL SUCCESS OF NEW VARITIES OF POTATOES BY PROVIDING INFORMATION REGAREING VARIETY FEATURES AND MANAGEMENT TO GROWERS AND FEEDBACK TO RESEARCHERS. PVMI COLLECTS LICENSE FEES AND ROYALTIES AND RETURNS MONEY TO THEIR PARTNERS TO SUPPORT THE TRI-STATE RESEARCH AND BREEDING PROGRAM. THIS YEAR THE BOARD HAS APPROVED THE DISTRIBUTION OF $1,049,122 TO THE PARTNERS WHICH BRINGS THE TOTAL TO DATE TO $6,292,851.
