DOUGLAS TRAIL FOUNDATION OWNS 68 ACRES OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT SELAH RIDGE AND HOLDS A CONSERVATION EASEMENT ON 240 ACRES AT COWICHE MOUNTAIN. THESE PROPERTIES ARE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CONSERVATION OF ECOLOGICAL SYSTEMS, NATURAL RESOURCES, OPEN SPACE, PARKLANDS, WORKS OF ANCIENT HUMAN BEINGS, AND GEOLOGICAL OR GEOGRAPHICAL FORMATIONS. THIS LAND IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PURPOSES AND FOR LOW-IMPACT RECREATIONAL USE.
