DURING JANUARY 2020, LAH DISCONTINUED ITS HOME HEALTH, HOSPICE AND THERAPY SERVICES THAT HAD UNTIL THAT TIME BEEN PROVIDED TO AFFILIATES AND SURROUNDING EXTERNAL COMMUNITIES ENCOMPASSING THE PHILADELPHIA FIVE-COUNTY AREA.
