IN ALL HOMES WE CONTINUED PROGRAMS THAT ENCOURAGE SOCIAL PHYSICAL MENTAL SPIRITUAL AND VOCATIONAL WELLBEING FOR OUR RESIDENTS. OUR HOMES FACILITATE COMMUNITY AND SOCIETAL INTEGRATION. RESIDENT LIFE INTERVIEWS INDIVIDUALIZED CARE PLANS POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORT PLANS AND INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT AND SERVICE PLANS SUPPORT US IN MONITORING AND EVALUATING OUR WORK AS WELL AS ENSURING THAT WE ARE PROVIDING RESIDENTS WITH QUALITY CARE.
