EMPLOYER ASSISTED HOUSING PROGRAM - THE ORGANIZATION INTENDS TO CREATE PERMANENT AFFORDABILITY BY ACQUIRING LAND AND BUILDING HOMES FOR QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS. A LOW MARKET NINETY-NINE YEAR GROUND LEASE ON THE LAND IN EXCHANGE FOR A BELOW-MARKET RATE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THEIR HOME INCLUDES A PURCHASE OPTION FOR THE ORGANIZATION TO PURCHASE THE HOUSE IF THE BUYER INTENDS TO SELL. FURTHER, IF THE BUYER SELLS THE HOUSE AT A FUTURE DATE TO A QUALIFIED THIRD PARTY, THE ORGANIZATION HAS THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE A PERCENTAGE OF THE APPRECIATED VALUE OF THE HOUSE AS DEFINED IN THE AGREEMENT.
