PROVIDED SNACKS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES VISITING THE FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER FOR SERVICES.

OUR CENTERS CONTINUE TO SERVE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, CHILD ABUSE, ELDER ABUSE, SURVIVORS OF HOMICIDE VICTIMS AND YOUTH WHO ARE AT RISK THROUGH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY SERVICES PROVIDED IN EACH FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER LOCATION. WE PARTNER WITH AND RENDER SERVICES FROM BOTH GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY BASED NON-PROFIT SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM EACH OF OUR REGIONAL LOCATIONS IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF TRAUMA AND REQUIRMENT OF VICTIMS OF CRIME TO DRIVE ALL OVER OUR COUNTY AND RE-TELL THEIR ABUSE STORIES MANY TIMES. CASE MANAGEMENT, ASSISTANCE WITH APPLYING FOR THE CALIFORNIA VICTIM COMPENSATION PROGRAM, EDUCATION CLASSES FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN, EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE (HELP WITH BASIC NEEDS ITEMS, GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS, AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO HELP KEEP VICTIMS STABLE), CRISIS INTERVENTION, RESTRAINING ORDER AND SAFETY PLANNING ASSISTANCE, VICTIMS RIGHTS EDUCATION AND COURT PREPARATION, YOUTH PROGRAMS AND ACCESS TO FAMILY LAW SERVICES, LAW ENFORCEMENT, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, AND DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES BENEFITS AND SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO VICTIMS IN NEED. 4247 VICTIMS OF CRIME WERE SERVED IN RIVERSIDE COUNTY THROUGH FOUR REGIONAL LOCATIONS LOCATED IN RIVERSIDE, INDIO, MURRIETA AND TEMECULA.
