THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES CHRISTIAN TRANSITION HOMES FOR EX-OFFENDERS ASSISTING THEM WITH CONNECTING TO LOCAL CHURCHES, EMPLOYMENT AND IDENTIFICATION THROUGH INDIVIDUAL MENTORING AND DISCIPLESHIP. IT ALSO FACILITATES WEEKLY AFTER CARE AND REENTRY GROUPS FOR EX-OFFENDERS IN AND OUTSIDE OF PRISON FATHERHOOD GROUPS FRO INCARCERATED AND RECENTLY RELEASED MEN. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO CONDUCTS WEEKLY OUTREACH BREAKFASTS, STREET OUTREACH PROGRAMS, OUTREACH PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN OF PRISONERS AND PROGRAMS FOR THE POOR AND OTHERS THROUGHOUT CAMDEN, NJ.
