TFK SERVED 500 CHILDREN AT MBAHE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND 25 CHILDREN AT KIM JONES CHILDREN'S HOME, MARANGU, TANZANIA. AT MBAHE PRIMARY SCHOOL TFK REPLACED THE METAL ROOF AND CEILING BOARDS IN FOUR CLASSROOMS AND REPAIRED AND PAINTED THE WALLS. TFK ALSO BUILT A BATHROOM WITH 3 TOILETS AND SINK FOR TEACHERS. AT KIM JONES CHILDREN'S HOME TFK BUILT AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN WITH FUEL EFFICIENT STOVES AND PURCHASED SPECIAL POTS TO USE ON THE STOVES. TFK ALSO PROVIDED NEW SCHOOL CLOTHES, SHOES AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR THE CHILDREN.
TFK SERVED 20 SINGLE REFUGEE MOTHERS AND THEIR CHILDREN BY FIXING THE ROOF, REDOING THE EXTERNAL PLASTER AT A HOME FOR REFUGEE SINGLE MOTHERS, PURCHASING ALL CABINETS, APPLIANCES, POTS AND PANS FOR THE KITCHEN IN AN APARTMENT FOR ANOTHER SINGLE REFUGEE MOTHER. TFK ALSO PROVIDED SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR THE CHILDREN.
