PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUTH, SPEECH, AND HEARING AND SERVICE TO MANKIND. D-38 PROGRAMS: D-38 DEAF & HEARING PROGRAMS, CHILDREN'S LITERACY, CASA,RMYL, SPECIAL KIDS, SPECIAL FAMILIES, JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT.
