OUTREACH SERVICES TO PARENTS AND PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE D/HH CHILDREN AND/OR SERVE CHILDREN. OUTREACH SERVICES INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS,1 TO 1 SUPPORT, STATE CHAPTER TRAININGS, PARENT LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES, SUPPORT TO NEW FAMILIES AT THE TIME OF IDENTIFICATION THROUGH THE GUIDE BY YOUR SIDE PROGRAM (GBYS 6,753 FAMILIES SERVED).ADVOCACY THROUGH THE ASTRA PROGRAM (391 FAMILIES SERVED 1200 ADVOCATES TRAINED IN 25 STATES). SUPPORT THROUGH THE O.U.R PROJECT REDUCING THE INCIDENCE OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT FOR THIS POPULATION. SERVED OVER 23000 PARENTS/PROFESSIONALS. 225 ATTENDEES ATTENDED THE HANDS & VOICES LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE IN 2021. LATINO SUPPORT COUNCIL WITH INCREASED LEADERSHIP AND MATERIALS ON WEBSITE.
