ALL ASSETS WERE TRANSFERRED TO ITS PARENT, COOKEVILLE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT FROM TAXATION AS A GOVERNMENTAL UNIT UNDER INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 115 (SEE SCHEDULE N).FROM JULY 1, 2016 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2016, CRMC CHILDREN'S CENTER OFFERED SEVERAL PROGRAM OPTIONS. - AN INFANT PROGRAM SERVING CHILDREN AGES 6 WEEKS TO ONE YEAR.- A TODDLER PROGRAM SERVING CHILDREN 12 MONTHS TO 36 MONTHS.- A PRE-SCHOOL PROGRAM SERVING CHILDREN 3 TO 5 YEARS. FULL TIME CARE WAS OFFERED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 6:15 AM UNTIL 5:30 PM FOR NON-CRMC EMPLOYEES AND UNTIL 6:00 PM FOR CRMC EMPLOYEES.
