1. THE CONSORTIUM CONTINUED THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS LEADING EDGE PHONE, TABLET, AND PC APP "OWOKSAPE." THE APP IS SIMILAR TO A DUOLINGO TYP APP AND IS BEING EXPANDED FOR ALL AGE GROUPS AND SPECIFIC LEVEL STUDENTS FOR THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT. PROGRESS WAS ALSO MADE FOR AN UPCOMING RELEASE OF THE LAKOTA DICTIONARY. LAKOTA SUMMER INSTITUTES AND LANGUAGE WEEKENDS FOR BOTH LEARNERS AND INSTRUCTORS WERE AGAIN HELD IN TWO LOCATIONS AS WELL AS VIRTUALLY.
