CULTIVATING THE POTENTIAL OF OUR 60 LEARNERS, WE EXPLICITLY WORKED TO CHANGE THE WORLD TO ONE THAT VALUES CARE AND AUTONOMY. WE UTILIZED PRINCIPLES OF MUTUAL AID AND COMMUNITY CARE IN NAVIGATING COVID-19, BOTH AS AN ONLINE EXPERIENCE THEN SAFELY IN PERSON. THE VILLAGE FREE SCHOOL WORKS TO DISMANTLE SYSTEMS OF OPPRESSION AND SUPPORT COLLECTIVE LIBERATION WHILE PRACTICING VALUES OF CARE, FREEDOM, AND DEMOCRACY.
