SAN DOMENICO SCHOOL IS AN INDEPENDENT CO-EDUCATIONAL DAY SCHOOL LOCATED IN SAN ANSELMO, CALIFORNIA EDUCATING STUDENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE, WITH AN INTERNATIONAL BOARDING PROGRAM OPTION FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 9 - 12. AS A K-12 SCHOOL, ONE OF THE UNIQUE ASPECTS OF A SAN DOMENICO EDUCATION IS OUR DIVERSE STUDENT BODY. WITH A FAR-REACHING PRIVATE BUS SYSTEM, WE ENROLL STUDENTS FROM REGIONS THROUGHOUT MARIN, SAN FRANCISCO, NAPA, THE SOUTH BAY, AND AROUND THE WORLD. THE SCHOOL HAS APPROXIMATELY 705 STUDENTS; 350 STUDENTS IN K-8, AND 355 (225 DAY; 130 BOARDING) IN THE UPPER SCHOOL. 32% OF OUR STUDENTS ARE OF COLOR AND 42% OF STUDENTS RECEIVE FINANCIAL AID. SAN DOMENICO CLASSES ARE STUDENT CENTERED, ALLOWING EVERY STUDENT TO DEVELOP HIS OR HER OWN CREATIVITY, CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND LOVE OF LEARNING. OUR DISTINGUISHED IPAD PROGRAM FOSTERS THE DEVELOPMENT OF 21ST CENTURY SKILLS THAT ARE WIDELY INTEGRATED INTO ALL PROGRAMS.
