OCEAN PARTNERSHIP FOR CHILDREN, INC IS A NONPROFIT COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION SERVING CHILDREN WITH MENTAL HEALTH, SUBSTANCE USE, AND EMOTIONAL CHALLENGES, BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS, TO PROVIDE CARE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INCLUDING LINKAGES TO COUNSELING, BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS, SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT, RESPITE, AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE FAMILIES AND CARE GIVERS.
