COSTS INCURRED TO MAINTAIN, PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE PROGRAMS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES OF THE FAIR LAWN COMMUNITY CENTER
THE FAIR LAWN ACCESS FOR ALL COMMITTEE IS A SUB-COMMITTE WHOSE OBJECTIVE IS TO ENHANCE THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND HELP REMOVE THE BARRIERS AND OBSTACLES THAT HINDER THEIR EVERYDAY ACTIVITIES. THE COMMITTEE PROVIDES A FORUM FOR RESIDENTS TO REPORT AND DISCUSS DISABILITY ACCESS ISSUES IN FAIR LAWN, SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS OF BOROUGH FACILITIES THAT CURRENTLY PROVIDE OBSTACLES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, ENGAGE IN PROJECTS THAT IMPROVE OVERALL HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY WITHIN THE BOROUGH, AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION THAT CAN BE OF ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
