THE PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT, FOSTER AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITY WITHIN THE TOWN OF EAST HAMPTON AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION OF THE COMMUNITY'S CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS. TO PROVIDE MONIES TO FOSTER AND ENCOURAGE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENT. TO FACILITATE INNOVATIVE EDUCATION AND WELFARE PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS AND YOUNG ADULTS IN THE COMMUNITY.
