WAS INCORPORATED IN 2004 TO HELP RAISE AWARENESS AND PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WITH VISUAL AND/OR AUDITORY IMPAIRMENTS, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHERS, PRIMARILY BY RAISING FUNDS AND PROVIDING DONATIONS TO OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT CONDUCTED RESEARCH AND/OR PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO SUCH INDIVIDUALS. HELP AMERICA HEAR (HAH) MAINTAINS ITS COMMITMENT TO RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS RELATED TO HEARING LOSS AND ITS PREVENTION. HAH IS PROUD TO OFFER THE HELP AMERICA HEAR PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES NEW HIGH QUALITY HEARING AIDS NATIONWIDE TO MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN WITH LIMITED FINANCIAL RESOURCES.WHEN A QUALIFIED PERSON RECEIVES A DONATED HEARING AID, HAH ALSO MATCHES THE RECIPIENT WITH A PROFESSIONAL THAT DONATE THEIR TIME TO PROVIDE FITTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS. OVER 120 INDIVIDUALS WERE PROVIDED HEARING AIDS AND SERVICES DURING THE YEAR.
