FOCUSFIRST: A HIGH-TECH VISION CARE INITIATIVE PROVIDES A COST-EFFECTIVE DIRECT RESPONSE TO THE VISION PROBLEMS OF PRESCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN WHO LIVE IN URBAN AND RURAL COMMUNITIES - PROVIDING FREE VISION SCREENINGS TO CHILDREN IN HEAD STARTS AND DAYCARES USING HIGH-TECH DIGITAL SCREENING CAMERAS.
