ELLISON RESIDENCE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT. THE CORPORATION HAS EXECUTED A REGULATORY AGREEMENT WITH HUD WHICH GOVERNS THE OPERATIONS OF THE PROJECT WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING ADMINISTRATION SECTION OF HUD.
