THE CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE MISSION OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PARTICIPATE IN HOUSING UNDERTAKINGS THAT FOSTER AND SUPPORT VULNERABLE POPULATIONS, AND ACQUIRE, CONSTRUCT AND/OR OTHERWISE MAINTAIN HOUSING TO PROVIDE SAFE, DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME CITIZENS.
