BASED UPON CALIFORNIA DEPT OF HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES FOR HOUSEHOLD INCOME, THESE HOUSEHOLDS WERE EXTREMELY LOW TO LOW INCOME. WE PROMOTE CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING AND RESPOND TO INQUIRIES ON ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF CO-OP HOUSING.
