TO PAY TRIBUTE BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FITTING MEMORIAL COMPLEX THAT WILL COMMEMORATE THE SERVICE OF THE MILITARY VETERANS OF THIS GREAT NATION.
TO FOSTER THE INTER-GENERATIONAL AWARENESS FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS OF THE CONTRIBUTIONS AMERICA'S ARMED FORCES WHOSE SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY HAS MADE AND KEEPS US THE LAND OF THE FREE AND HOME OF THE BRAVE.
TO INVOLVE THE COMMUNITY IN THE CONCEPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC ARTWORK THAT WILL BE PLACED IN THE TOWN OF CARY TO SYMBOLIZE THE VALUE OF FREEDOM
