THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS AND THEIR PARENTS TO ENCOURAGE RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR CHANGE. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE OPERATING AN AFTER-SCHOOL AND A SUMMER PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES TUTORING, HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, CHARACTER EDUCATION, AND FSA, EOC, ACT AND SAT TEST PREPARATION.

THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE PROVIDING AFTER-SCHOOL AND SUMMER ACADEMICS, HOMEWORK ASSISTANCE, TUTORING, GENERAL TEST PREPARATION, FLORIDA STANDARDS ASSESSMENT (FSA) TEST PREPARATION AND CHARACTER-BUILDING TO 90 STUDENTS IN K-5TH GRADE (THE CHARACTER CENTER); AND FSA TEST PREPARATION, COLLEGE APPLICATION ASSISTANCE AND ESSAY WRITING ASSISTANCE, LIFE SKILLS, AND ACT, SAT AND EOC TEST PREPARATION TO 85 STUDENTS IN 6TH-12TH GRADE (CHARACTER KIDS). FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE CHARACTER CENTER; 90% OF STUDENTS IN K-5TH GRADE INCREASED THEIR GPA AND MAINTAINED A 3.0 AVERAGE DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR; 95% OF STUDENTS IN K-5TH GRADE WERE PROMOTED; AND 85% MET THE REQUIRED ACHIEVEMENT ON THE FSA WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR 3RD GRADE PROMOTION. FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED IN CHARACTER KIDS (85 STUDENTS), 75% OF STUDENTS IN THE 11TH -12TH GRADE TOOK THE ACT FOR COLLEGE ENTRY AND EARNED A COMPOSITE SCORE OF 21; 95% OF STUDENTS IN 9TH - 11TH GRADE WERE PROMOTED; AND 100% OF STUDENTS IN 12TH GRADE GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL.
