EDUCATIONAL FORUMS AND FIELD STUDIES:1. SPONSORED AND COORDINATED EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS, INSTITUTES, AND CONFERENCES ATTENDED BY TEACHERS, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND SCHOLARS.2. ASSISTED PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS WITH PROFESSIONAL STAFF SELECTION SEARCHES. THIS ENTAILS REVIEWING AND EVALUATING SETS OF EDUCATIONAL AND PERSONNEL CREDENTIALS.3. FACILITATED WORKSHOPS FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD MEMBERS AND ADMINISTRATORS.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION PROVIDED OPPORTUNITES FOR ASPIRING AND PRACTICING ADMINISTRATORS TO ENHANCE THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS BY INVITING ASPIRING, PROBATIONARY AND PRACTICING ADMINISTRATORS TO PARTICIPATE IN SEVERAL MEETINGS THAT EMPHASIZED SKILLS NEEDED TO IMPROVE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT AS IT PERTAINS TO THE NYS STANDARDS. INVITED NOTED RESEARCHERS, SCHOLARS, AND SUCCESSFUL PRACTITIONERS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY TO PARTICIATE IN THESE RETREATS AND MINI-ACADEMIES. ASSISTED PARTICIPANTS IN DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL GROWITH PLANS TO IMPROVE THEIR SKILL SETS TO MEET THESE CHALLENGES.
