EDUCATION - RTC ASSISTS SCHOOLS IN SEVERAL AFRICAN COUNTRIES, INCLUDING KENYA, UGANDA, GHANA, & SIERRA LEONE. RTC PROVIDES USEFUL RESOURCES AND SCHOLASTIC MATERIALS AS WELL AS CHILD SPONSORSHIPS, TO ASSIST IN RAISING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AND TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN REACHED WITH EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.
WATER AND AGRICULTURE - RTC COLLABORATES WITH COMMUNITIES TO MAKE CLEAN WATER AVAILABLE FOR DAILY SURVIVAL, ANIMAL & AGRICULTURE PURPOSES. RTC ADOPTS A TEACH AS YOU GO FOCUS AND CONNECTS KITCHEN GARDENING TO MOST PROJECTS SO THAT SCHOOLS, FAMILIES AND WHOLE COMMUNITIES CAN BENEFIT FROM THE GROWING OF FOOD TO SUPPLEMENT THEIR DAILY DIET. RTC DRILLS WELLS AND PROVIDES PUMPS, DOES WATER-HARVESTING PROJECTS AT SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY BUILDINGS, PROVIDES CLEAN DRINKING WATER AND WATER FORSMALL FARM IRRIGATION BY IMPROVING SPRINGS AND CEMENTING WATER HOLES AND SPRINGS. RTC ALSO PROVIDES SEEDS, FERTILIZER AND TOOLS FOR GARDENING AND FARMING, TEACHES SEVERAL METHODS OF GARDENING & DOES LARGER FARM PROJECTS FOR SELLING.
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT - RTC HELPS LOCAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH DEVELOPMENT OF CENTERS FROM WHENCE EACH OF THE FOCUS PROGRAMS CAN BE LAUNCHED, MENTORED AND MONITORED AS NEEDED, FOR LONG-TERM EFFECT, AND ANY GIVEN COMMUNITY. THESE CENTERS, IF A PHYSICAL BUILDING, CAN PROVIDE A GATHERING PLACE FOR THE COMMUNITY TO MEET, A TEACHING/TRAINING FACILITY, STORAGE AREAS FOR SHIPPING COMMODITIES PRODUCED BY THE COMMUNITIES, DISTRIBUTION OF INCOMING DONATIONS AND REVENUE AND A CENTER FOR ALL PRODUCTIVE COMMUNITY ACTIVITY.
