TO CREATE A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED FESTIVAL AND EVENTS THAT ATTRACT AND ENGAGE A BROAD AND DIVERSE AUDIENCE, CELEBRATE AND BUILD COMMUNITY AND ADVANCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF OSWEGO.

THE CORPORATION ORGANIZES AND OPERATES A FOUR DAY COMMUNITY-BASED FESTIVAL DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE CITY OF OSWEGO AND OSWEGO COUNTY'S WATERFRONT ASSETS. THE ANNUAL FESTIVAL OCCURS IN JULY AND INCLUDES LIVE ENTERTAINMENT, FOOD VENDORS, AND VARIOUS CRAFTS. THE FESTIVAL IS FREE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE CHILDREN'S PARK PROVIDES VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL COMPONENTS INCLUDING THE STEM WORKSHOPS, CHILDREN'S MUSEUM, AND THE CHILDREN'S MUSICAL WORKSHOP.
