CHILDREN AND YOUTH SERVICES: THE YWCA IS THE LARGEST CHILDCARE PROVIDER IN CHEMUNG COUNTY OFFERING CARE TO FAMILIES AND CHILDREN IN PRESCHOOL, ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL IN 10 KIDS WORLD SITES IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS AND AT THE YWCA. THE YWCA ALSO PROVIDES MENTORING AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMING IN THE ELMIRA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT IN THE JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL.
