THE UNION'S DEFENSE FUND PAID EXPENSES DEEMED NECESSARY BY MANAGEMENT TO DEFEND LOCAL 17 AND ITS MEMBERS IN EFFORTS TO PREVENT LOCKOUTS AND STRIKES.
