THE PLAN REIMBURSES A "MAXIMUM BENEFIT AMOUNT" ANNUALLY DEPENDING ON THE CATEGORY OF THE PARTICIPANTS BASED ON THEIR LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT BEFORE RETIRING FROM THE FLORIDA ASSOCIATION OF COURT CLERKS, INC. THE REIMBURSEMENT IS FOR QUALIFYING MEDICAL CARE EXPENSES, DEFINED BY SECTION 213(D) (1) OF THE CODE, OR MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.
